你先说买家是外国人还是有绿卡是不是新西兰居民是等同澳洲居民对待的?等于有绿卡?那肯定买啊。 外国的人话还有很多抵扣税的细节我搞不懂,所以没有碰,如果确定各种抵扣之后不用交税了可以买,只要有个会计和靠谱中介就行了,澳洲买房需要会计,也许税不税的要看找的会计的本事了
外国人在澳大利亚扣税跟本地人是一样的,只是income tax 税率不同而已。
如果扣下来没有什么taxable income,税率不同可以忽略。

关于 capital gains tax, 则是完全没有区别。 Non residents pay capital gains tax of 25% of the profit / capital gain realized on the sale。持有一年以上就是12.5%. A CGT discount of 50 per cent is available to individuals regardless of tax residency status.
