我也是上netmaid，不过我是双管齐下，一方面按自己的要求SEARCH MAID。看到好的立刻和相应中介联系。一方面通过ENQUIRY送出我的要求信给所有中介，这样中介们就会主动送来很多maid bio。这些bio不一定在netmaid上有。好的女佣走得快，还没上netmaid就被定了。我的要求信如下，可以给大家做个参考。一定要求email联系先，有兴趣你再联系他们，否则手机打到不知道谁是谁。
Hi, I am a working mother looking for a maid for my family mainly for following functions

- Taking care for infant
- Taking caring for general housekeeping
- Cook Chinese food (at least willing to learn)

Requirement:
- She herself should marry & have child/children. Prefer age>35.
- Have good working record( better long service in previous employers in Singapore)
- expected salary is less than $400
- transfer or ex-Singapore both can consider
- Willing to negotiate the off days plan with employer
- Speak English ( it will be more welcomed if knowing some Chinese)


Besides material details, we wish we could interview. ( face to face or phone/vedio interview)
