I don't have chinese typing here. It's common for most of children.my one year boy need to be carried one or two times still,but it's much better than when he was 6.7 month,i can unsderstand how did you feel,it's really tough especially for (shift)working mother like me.My way was that my dear mother help me through the satge and my son is still sleeping with my mother now...poor mum also..but i tried to let her rest a while during day time..
