FAQ - Delivery Services
What is the delivery timeline? How does it work?
Delivery services will be provided from Monday to Sunday on two time slots of either 2pm-5pm or 5pm-8pm.
How much is the delivery charges?
A delivery charge of $10-$18 is payable depending on the delivery service. The standard of charge is accordance to the time slots chosen
Free delivery is provided for purchases worth $220 and above.
What are the methods of payment are available?
You can pay by Credit, Cash or Bank Transfer. Cash payment is only available for customers opting for self-collection at our outlet located at 46 Siglap Drive.
Is there any express service provided?
There is no express service provided.
When is the earliest I can receive my items after ordering?
You will receive your items one to two day after you have placed your orders.
Areas that delivery service is not provided?
Anywhere in Singapore except Ubin Island, military areas, Sentosa and Jurong Island etc. (within local area).
What is the temperature for the freezer? (In delivery truck)
The temperature of the freezer is maintained at under -15 degrees Celsius.
How are my items packed?
It is wrapped using paper bag and packed inside the boxes (sealed). It is placed in the freezer inside the delivery truck.
Is delivery service provided on a weekends?
Yes. We do provide delivery service on weekends.
Will you call me if I am absent during delivery/pickup time?
An absent note will be left at the door and please make an arrangement for re-delivery as described on the absent note.
Are there any charges for redelivery?
There are no charges for re-delivery by Petit Bowl; however, you will need to reschedule the new delivery timing with our service provider.
Do you charge for delivery cancellation?
Cancellation of delivery is free of charge if it is right after the pickup. However, you will need to pay a sum of money for the cancellation fees if the items is already stored and transferred to the delivery centre.
Can you pickup at shopping malls or MRT stations?
No picking up of items in undefined places such as shopping malls, MRT stations and airports.
