楼主仔细看原文哦原文写的是把出生体重2.5及以下的和正常体重中3.5-4公斤的做比较，而不是把正常体重中偏轻的和偏重的做比较，所以那个中文翻译有误
第二，只是比较体重没有考虑其他confounding factor，只能证明有association，不能证明causation
并没有错
只是不完整。
