The Ministry of Education (MOE) Primary One Registration Scheme for eligible Grassroots Leaders (GRLs) who wish to register their children under Phase 2B for admission to Primary One classes in2022opens on11 May2021for application.

Eligible GRLs may apply online via the Grassroots Connect atwww.grassrootsconnect.org.sg from 11 May2021to 6 June2021.

GRLs may download the User Guide for the MOE Primary One module from the Grassroots Connect.


Late applications may not be accepted.

Eligibility
2 Onlythe following are eligible to apply under the Scheme:
(a)GRLs of CCC, CCMC, RC, NC and RNwho have at least two years of active continuous service immediately prior to their application(i.e. appointedon or before 30 June 2019and subject to the local constituency’s internal requirements, if any).

3The GRLs are eligible to register their children at schools situatedwithin the GRC/SMC where they reside, based on the pre-General Election (GE) 2020electoral boundaries.Due to the change in electoral boundaries following GE2020, MOE has informed PA that DCs/GRLs will be accorded eligibility in schools based on the electoral boundaries before GE2020, as the majority of their minimum two-year service period was based on this set of boundaries.Eligible DCs/GRLs are able to view the list of schools when they submit their applications via the Grassroots Connect.

不是MOE那边注册呢。到时候2B阶段还是要按MOE的流程注册的。

只不过这个信早拿到早安心而已。
