You can take airport bus to Shenzhen directly. You can also take airport express, then transfer to the MTR and KTM, and reach Lo Wu of Shenzhen.
Basically, the first way saves you the trouble of transfering around, and is cheaper. But depending on the traffic condition, it could take you some time. The second way could be comfortable, as you go by train, but is way more expensive.
Lastly, even buses and train transfers, there can be many different ways... Depending on your own choice lah.

不知道这消息过时没……
我去年走香港的时候是在机场大厅买的某旅行社的巴士车票，大概200左右港币吧，具体不记得了，机场有好几间旅行社，挑一间顺眼的就好。出境的时候要下车办一下手续，过中国海关时在下一次车并拿行李（海关的人脸色超级臭，祝你好运，行李整理得好看一点，别大包小包，小心他们刁难你）。视情况可能要换另一辆巴士，因为原来的巴士很有可能不会过海关而是回香港再接另一批乘客，但巴士上的小姐会一直跟着你的。然后巴士会载你到深圳的某个地方，乘车前先问一下会停在深圳哪里。
