不是公民，不是PR，也没有工作。只是在校学生而已。可以办信用卡吗？如何办理呢？

If you have $10,000 and above 21 years old
put into bank as a fixed deposit (UOB/OCBC/DBS), then can apply a credit card
with $10,000 credit limit.

A Debit Card as long as you have a bank deposit account
Then you can use upto that level. I used to have a DBS NUS Debit Card.

i thought that one is applicable to citizen and pr only
and the credit is not 10000. normally, it is 3000. That amount of money is locked in the account

Don't think, just call and check with the bank....
