【万能求助】文件认证和领事认证孩子的出生证明要经过Singapore Academy of Law认证，再去签证中心领事认证。可是SAL要求文件必须是original form, laminated不可以。出生证和结婚证这些证件都是laminate过的呀，求经验，怎么认证。。
Please note that documents must be　original versions　and copies are not acceptable. If you need to legalise an original document that has been laminated, please request the issuing agency to issue a certified true copy or an extract of the original document for legalisation.
