that is the back office of a typical bank or corporate..That needs all kinds of people from Phd to degree holder. Basically, this type of job need pretty high quantitative background like Math, Physics or Engineer. By implementing math model of different intruments to estimate and control the risk of overall bank portfolios. Typically includes interest/FX and credit risk.
