My view.1. Ask your friend come out and play outside. Some people are not suitable to play infront of computer as they find it difficult to concentrate. I believe you lack concentration infront of computer.
2. Play longer time control. Many of your moves are 'rough'. This should be due to insufficient time for thinking. Playing too fast won't help in your training.
3. Play your favourite openings. I can see that you are not used to playing non mainstream opening. Some of the games you played, you lost tempo and behind opening development uneccessary. Also, watchout about your rook always start off late in non centre cannon opening.

Of cus there r ppl everywhere in the world who would question your capability, ect, and I understand that it is really hurtful.But just leave them alone.
