银行相关IT工作都要加班吗?我是计算机PhD快交论文了,本来想好银行作为第一志愿的,原因还是有"钱途".
不过最近听说去银行工作没有不加班的.
如果一个礼拜一两天还罢了,有人告诉我,基本上天天加班,
每天要9点才能从公司走人...这样就要牺牲和家人相处的时间了.
现在很动摇.
问问在银行工作的各位,天天加班这样的说法对吗?

据说某global bank的IT部门，
support是做shift的，不加班，但可能有晚班

my experiencework till 9-10PM is a normal case.

if the system cannot function...10 million dollar may loss...if you cannot solve it, you are fired...
And you will have to deal with a lot of ridiculous questions. And if you support a very lousy application...god bless you
For developement team, at least you still have the support team to act as a buffer :) and there is not always a project, so usually you will get serveral week break before next project release [Dougan (4-8 21:40, Long long ago)]

不知道谁可以简单讲讲投行或者银行的主要IT职务分类?
比方说你们说的front office support等等?
或者指点一下到哪里可以找到这些信息?

PS:两轮interview全遇到的是女人。我也比较严肃对待，没敢乱穿衣服，所以因为不是因为他们流鼻血了才请的我。嘿嘿。。。第三论面试也是被女人们免的。[小土 (4-10 17:09, Long long ago)]
