有的，但你要先去Buona Vista地铁站办一张tertiary student ezlink card.好像osa也可以办，去问问。
有了这张tertiary student ezlink card 就可以去任何一个地铁站给卡里加BCP (bus consession pass,$52 for bus only) or TCP (Train concession pass, $45 for Train only) or HCP (both Bus & Train Concession, $97)了。

The BCP/TCP/HCP will be encoded to start from any specified date up to 7 days in advance. It will be valid for use up to the (n-1)th day of the following month when purchase was made on the nth day of the current month.

Do remember to advise the Ticket Office staff of your preferred start date when purchasing the concession pass 7 days in advance. Otherwise, the default start date will be on the day you purchase the BCP/TCP/HCP.

Once a BCP/TCP/HCP is sold, it will not be refundable. Hence, indicate clearly to the staff at the Ticket Office the correct concession pass you would want to purchase.

The TCP/HCP is valid for up to 4 rides per day on the MRT/LRT.
The BCP/HCP allows unlimited bus concession travel on basic fare bus services. It cannot be used on Express, Night, Sentosa, CSS and Jurong Island Services.

All postgraduates and part-time students, irrespective of the courses they are enrolled in, are NOT eligible for the concession ez-link card.
