请问关于ntu, nus 和 sma 硕士申请时间的问题，感谢我有一位朋友现在大三，想要毕业后到新加坡来读研。他现在是学计算机的，想要倒ntu，nus 或sma 读cs, 现在想请问大家一下，明年7月开始的硕士课程是什么时候开始申请，还有到申请到什么时候截至呢？

我帮他到网站上查了一下，上面只说
