Q: how to "permanently" disable XP zip-folder feature?

I checked google, and find the following command:
regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll

It worked, but the problem is when I reboot my machine, the problem comes again!

So i wonder how to disable it permenantly? (besides removing zipfldr.dll)
