试试tools->options->advanced在multimedia下面有几个，你看着办吧，和别人的比较比较，有什么不同。
如果不行，你还可以看看

You can prove that IE is integrated into the OS.:^)

Go to Windows Explorer (not IE oh...), menu Tools > Folder Options > File Types.
