请问各位大侠，为什么我的电脑不能显示中文？就是像MP3,QQ这些都不能显示中文。就连金山词霸，当我输入中文，ENTER以后，就变成问号了。这是怎么回事啊？怎么能解决呢？

english system?has it ever displayed chinese properly? or never?

have u changed system locale to chinese(prc) if it's english win2k or xp?

if xpstart=== contral pannel=== regional and language options=== language

tick the second one"install east asian ....."

then click OK....
