go to citibank to obtain a form and fill in the detailsbring it back to bank (or may be can mail, not sure?)

there is one time free for everything three month for the 1st year, afterwards, it is 10$ per time

most important information is the 收款人 bank account details and name, etc..

by internet banking fill it online.or fill the form then fax to bank, the last one is physically to go down to branch in working hours.
