Therefore it is important for the SIXGA to be open and to explain every single action like for example if the SIXGA were to ban a player, it would be good if they can explain it at the SIXGA website. Because the SINGAPORE XIANGQI GENERAL ASSOCIATION is formed for Singapore chinese chess players, not just for the committee ONLY.
Communication is very important!!! Hopefully in the future there will be minimal misunderstandings around and therefore the SIXGA can get 100% cooperation from all of us!!! Wont it be good?[水棋 (7-20 16:43, Long long ago)]

For a boss and his/her company, any decision made by him/her should be answerable to the company and its employees. But whether it is a wise decision or not is another matter, the the boss is not wise, then employees should quit and choose another wise boss...Similar to SIXGA. 最近大家热烈讨论的另一项“禁赛”的事情，我自己从不同人那里听说过不同的版本。这些人多数是我所信任的，但说法有一些互相矛盾的地方，我想是因为人往往只看到自己要看的东西吧。所以我只能说“起因复杂”。而大家最近的讨论，甚至于还说了一些我所没听说过的事情，又几乎呈一面倒。但我的观点仍然和棋一生提出的一致：多听两边的故事，自己判断。
关于这件事情，我的理解是，最初是谁先做得不对，已经很难考证了，但后来的发展，肯定双方都有过火的地方。后来说不定还有其他人或棋会的私人恩怨纠缠在内。所以到了现在，多让大家了解一些事实，无可厚非，但再来辩谁对谁错，已经没有太大意义了。大家都已经有了一些过失，却为了面子，说都是对方的错，就算辩论赢了，又怎么样呢？现在的情况，大家都希望棋手能够出来发挥作用，为什么不集中讨论怎么解开这个死结，化解双方的积怨，反而还去计较当初的一言一语，让误会更深一层呢？
