Looking for Accounts executiveHydroBall Technics Pte Ltd is looking for candidates for Accounts executive.

Job responsibility:
Monitor and ensure timely collection and processing of customer receipts and inter-company suppliers’ invoices;
Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivables balances and sending statements to customers on a timely manner;
Handle monthly AR & AP closing and prepare Debtor aging & Creditor aging and other reports as assigned;
Prepare weekly inventory movement report;
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation;
Preparation of GST Output tax reconciliation on a monthly basis;
Process full sets of accounts
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
About 2 accounting related experience;
Skilled in MYOB accounting software;
Familiar with full sets of accounts;
Advanced in Microsoft Excel;
Must be female;
A team player with good working attitude and is meticulous;
Able to start work immediately or within short notice;
