Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)
·　　　　　　　　Master’s or Bachelor Degree and above in Systems Engineering, or Electro-mechanical
·　　　　　　　　Minimum of 5 years’ experience (8+ years’ experience is preferred) in product design and development, with hands-on experience in system architecture and integration for mechatronics systems
Strong working knowledge in electrical, software and the ability to develop connecting interfaces to integrate them into an intelligent product. Experience in medical device/instrument development is required Experience in verification and validation (V&V), developing V&V protocol Able to interpret CAD (ME or EE)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ·　　　　　　　　Working experience in medical devices for clinical use and able to understand clinical and procedural needs is an advantage
Natural ability to communicate, and build interpersonal relation with the team Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills 　
2.Position: Senior Engineer, Software
　
Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, or computer sciences. 3 - 6 years’ experience in application software design and development. Proficient in MS Visual C++ programming language to develop real-time control algorithms for the electro-mechanical product Familiar with toolkits for 2D/3D visualization and graphical user interface, such as QT, VTK. Able to integrate the toolkit functions into main application software. Familiar with a variety of hardware-software communication methods (serial, CAN, I2C etc) for sensor, actuator, motor and controller Strong technical ability in developing functions for image processing, image transformation and 2D/3D visualization and modelling An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues Natural ability to communicate technical information, and build interpersonal relation with the team members Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills 　
3.Position: Senior Engineer, Electrical and Electronics
　
Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in design and development of electrical and circuit design for electro-mechanical or robotic system Strong technical ability to develop, optimize designs for analogue and digital mixed circuit design, microcontroller and embedded system for electro-mechanical system Proficient in 3D CAD software (such as Altium, SolidWorks Electrical etc), in creating electrical schematic, cabling drawings, PCBA Good knowledge and experience in performing simulation and analysis and technical review of PCBA and circuit design (analogue, digital, power) Good knowledge and hands-on experience for EMI/EMC. Knowledge on EE design standards (IEC, IPCs etc) for medical device is an added advantage An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues Natural ability to communicate technical information, and build interpersonal relation with the team members Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills 4.Position: Senior Engineer, Mechanical
Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with more than 5 years’ experience in design and development of electro-mechanical or robotic system Strong technical capability to develop, optimize designs for mechanical structure and electro-mechanical assemblies Good knowledge in various materials (metal and plastic) and manufacturing processes for product design Proficient in 3D CAD modelling software SolidWorks, in creating engineering drawings, applying GD&T, kinematic and dynamic calculations Experience in medical device/instrument is an advantage An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues Strong interests in robotic system, flexible robotic instruments for medical application Natural ability to communicate technical information, and build interpersonal relation with the team members Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skill 　
5.Position:　Principal/Senior Engineer, Software
Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)
Masters or Bachelor degree in software engineering, or computer sciences. Minimum 5 - 8 years’ experience in application software product design and development, producing prototype and production grade software ·　　　　　　　　Able to conceptualize and develop software architect, integration of software modules as well as user interface.
Proficient in C/C++ programming language to develop control algorithms for electro-mechanical systems. Experience in software optimization to achieve low latency response is an advantage. Strong technical ability in developing functions for image processing, image transformation and 2D/3D visualization and modelling Familiar with a variety of hardware-software communication methods for sensor, actuator, motor and controller (MCU) ·　　　　　　　　Familiar with development toolkits for 2D/3D visualization and graphical user interface, such as QT, VTK. Able to integrate the toolkit functions into main application software.
