HR AssistantHR Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handling MOM matters including pass application/renewal/cancellation
- Initiate recruitment efforts and plan new-hire orientation
- Handling payroll and income tax
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Ensure proper recording and filing of P files
- Act as Point-of-contact with suppliers and consultants
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, prior working experience in startup company would be an advantage
- Well-versed in Employment Act and strong knowledge in HR practices and regulations
- Knowledge of MS office is required (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for communication
