华新 - 什么时候买房子最合适呢?

什么时候买房子最合适呢?现在本地房市是不是在最低点啊? 我们正在考虑要不要买房子.因为也不知道有什么别的更好投资.如果还要在这里再多呆几年的话,买房子一定比租房子划算吧? 现在手头有点积蓄, 不过只能买个三房式的组屋了....看看PR买房比本地人贵那么多,心里还真不平衡呢. 大家对于买房子有什么好的建议么? 还是把钱留在银行里,等以后找到定居的地方再买房子呢? 买房子也算一项投资吧? [technoplaza (2-16 13:42, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]1楼

好像新加坡的房地产市场比较稳定现在买房子保值没问题，不过增值的前景不是很明显。这个也好理解，小地方的房地产业如果不加以层层保护的话，很容易崩溃。想想如果本地的房产有很大的增值潜力，一定会有X州购房团或者X国购房团来搞得本地人没钱买房子乐。

现在经济不景气，很多原先住大组屋的都换到小组屋，所以现在的小组屋的市场反而火爆……PR买房子的选择性比较小，因为只能买公开组的（5年之后），但是又不是很老（要不然翻新的时候你又要比本地人多出一次钱），所以看看如果有合适的为什么不下手呢，如果没有中意的，就回国投资房地产吧……呵呵……[庸人 (2-16 16:54, Long long ago)] [ 传统版 | sForum ][登录后回复]2楼

更何况可用CPF供，同时相当于增加了手头可支配现金，这部分现金用于投资又可产生额外回报。

我的意思是用CPF投资房产，原来用于交付租金的现金，加上多余房间租出去的租金进行短/长期投资，这样似乎比较吸引人。
如果觉得住组屋比较没劲的话，供房子用于出租，自己租公寓也是不错的选择。
