早上傍晚各运动一次。早上是jogging+一些weights,深蹲神马的。晚上insanity的时候明显觉得大腿死沉死沉的。02这个plyometric cardio貌似是第一个月所有视频中最难的。没有像上两周那么期盼着rest day的到来,看来逐渐适应了。话说刚刚适应了这几个视频,马上就要到第二个月了,汗。。。。
