个人觉得HR最重要的就是recruitment和Com&ben，因为不论大小公司，什么行业，都会需要这部分，而training之类的，可能小公司就没有了，或者有些公司直接算成admin了。有机会每个part都试试也好，最后可以做HR full spectrum
