郁闷! 收到两个OFFER, 欧行的QUNAT DEVELOPER 和 HEDGE FUND IT & RISK 那个前途好苦尽甘来, 找了近半年的的工作, 最近收到两个OFFER, 难以取舍. 哪位老大有经验的可以指点一下.
1) 欧行的QUNAT DEVELOPER 做前台PRCING TOOLs, 个人觉得会比较有VALUE
2） 新成立的HEDGE FUND， 全部加起来十多个人， FUND SIZE ONE BILLION Sing Dollar， 老板说多劳多得, 可是对HENGE FUND 了解较少, 不知道的经验有多少VALUE, 任务是IT + RISK, 以后跳回到银行会难吗
目前还在决定中, 希望哪位给点意见, 多谢.

Quan Developer:
Large firm, sysmetic training, bonus sort of guarantee, look good on resume for next job
I feel that being an Phd, quantz is a realy nice job, however quantz in SG/Asia is considered a BO/MO job, where u test models and perform some post deal analysis. In states, quantz is a FO job, becuase before any deal went through the MD need two testimonial, one from trading team and the other from quantz. Therefore, after a few years asia experience, I feel you should go to states and with ur big firm experience, it should not be too difficult.
