nus should have three years warranty, so free for three years
that's what my friend used to have, his laptop broke down many times and he brought to nus for repair, it is free, but takes about 7-10 days.
regardigng the 总部, can check with the nus repair place, the engineers will give u the phone number or address
(not sure if it is still the same nowadays, I went to the place once with my friend to get the tel no. becasue he wanted to purchase sth new last year)
suggest you double check with nus first and then decide how to do
