As far as i know, most of current s/w can be installed on Windows Server 2003. Until now, Logitech MouseWare (but can still use mouse), and Partition Magic 8 are confirmed that cannot be installed on it.
If u r using the AIO or Standalone ISO, u can install it by booting from cd like xp.

anyway, apart from anewlife's confirmation, you may not run Norton Antivirus 2003 on Windows Server 2003. You need to use Norton Corporate Antivirus client 8.5
