银行middle/back office一般除了base salary还有那些compensation啊？

年底大概能拿几个月bonus呢？

应该至少能拿3个月吧？

小弟接到credit suisse product control的offer. 可是细节要到签contract才知道。

对compensation这方面不了解，不知道what to expect in the benefits package and how much is a reasonable bonus package.

想提前了解一下大概的行情，也好有个准备。

bonus depends on if the corp is making money, nobody knows for sure, but 3 month maybe the max a B/O can get

so if someone pays you 3750, you dunt take 3333.33~. :P

i was comparing it to BO. since it is MO, does it mean it is at least slightly better than BO or there's not much difference between MO and BO in terms of remunerations?

Then the bonus will be definitely better than BO. FO pays bonus from its profit earned, BO pays bonus from its cost saved.
