比较像投行，frontdesk 的待遇和JPMorgan, Deutsche不相上下，middle

desk and back office 待遇好过JPMorgan和 Deutsche。

For fresh grad, front desk 一般只招欧美牛校， Local　Univ 1st class 一般在middle desk and back offfice.

Are you working there or do you know any friend working there? I don't think I'm qualified based on your information...

Actually want to know what kind of work they do and how the culture is like. Also how a day is like as a junior level employee. There is no harm knowing more about the company and decide whether to give it a shot.

I'd really appreciate if anyone can show a inside scoop.

刚进GIC工资不会很高，bonus也一般。当然可能我的sample size太小，没看到front office的牛人。

The associate position is a very good program which you will be rotated

in different line of services , just as GIC oversea scholars. And after rotation, you can choose the department based on your interest and performance. It is very competitive, but you can always try it.
