it's better to use enterprise version
Personal Version doesn't have some useful features, like packaging etc.
the current version is 9. I can either download from Borland, then crack it ( the cracker is all of the internet ). Or search the ftp servers in nus, I just downloaded one from one of the ftp, but can not remember which one.
