Before restallation, no such error:
"Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:F:\....chm"
Can give some suggestions now?Or more need to be known?

Hmm...
1) All Windows XP copies are with copyright, of course... :^P So yours is a licensed copy.
2) The error message you showed is actually very common when CHM files cannot be opened. You may refer to this MS KB article:

chinese folder name also affects
try to copy that file to X:\ and rename to english name, after that pls try again.
The file name can't be Chinese
