EP holder，中国国籍，非Singapore PR.可以在新加坡签F1签证吗？还是非要回到中国护照签发地？

1. You have been in Singapore for a significantly long time, which will qualify you to apply for F-1 here in Singapore without Singapore P.R.;
2. You must be able to demonstrate the sufficient financial support;

非常感谢你的回复！那么一般应该在新加坡呆多长时间能够算足够长？我已经来新加坡工作将近两年，中间也到过其他一些国家访问开会等，这样是否可以满足你说的第一条？
