还是不是很明白什么是card shieldgoogle 了一下，是不是指这个？
“Credit Shield protection gives you the option to have the outstanding balance on your Credit Card waived in case of some unforeseen circumstances of loss of life due to any cause and permanent disability.”
意思是如果死亡或残废，我户头上outstanding的费用可以免掉。
citibank的网站如是说
“$0.42 for every $100 of the outstanding balance (which is the sum of the closing balance including unbilled installments) on your Ready Credit and/or Credit Card statement. There is no charge if there is no closing balance for that month.”
根据上文，如果没有closing balance 就不会收费。closing balance 指的是每月应该交付的信用卡费用没有按时交付对吗？可以科普一下吗？
