特殊时期 旅游签证还给批吗？
短期签证只有两种情况能进入新加坡

All short-term visitors will not be allowed to enter Singapore, except the following, subject to conditions:
- Visitors[8] issued with SafeTravel Pass. For more information, visit the SafeTravel Pass Application Portal.
- Visitors with approval letter of entry from the relevant agency in Singapore.
SafeTravel Pass需要business或official reason，我爸妈不是来办公务的，所以留给我的选项只有申请“approval letter of entry”，这个网上没有找到详细的说明，大家有经验吗？
