and my secret way is : drink a lot of water, wear long-sleeve sweaters( thick) continously for 1 or 2 week. skin will become super fair. :) of coz very hot in singapore. but no choice~

but most of time i dont expose under sun . not sure is this the reason that i can retain the fair skin very fast.

if it is possible, we should cosume vitamine C as much as we can . <anti aging, keep brain very active...etc>

but he didnt say the effect of "lightening skin color">:P

别人送给我妈一大包珍珠粉。怕用不完就放坏了。所以给我带着一直吃，还加外用。外用更多一些。全当散粉。蛮好。

好塞牙咯。。涩涩的。。。很郁闷的感觉。

而且。。总觉得这么高钙质会不会造成结石咯。。

中医的东西都要药印子的。不知道珍珠的引子是啥。。

不过拍在脸上还可以。
