楼下说的hakubi美白片对我有用，不过不能局部美白Watsons卖的蓝瓶那种。坚持吃，不到一瓶就开始看得见皮肤变白亮。但是到了一个程度就不会再白下去了，原理就是持续高剂量摄入维生素C。我吃完两瓶后停了，后来又被晒黑，又吃，还是一样有效。但是这个不能很快让皮肤色差变小，因为全身都在白。
大概要治本的方法只有不晒太阳。。:目
