听说“in bad condition”就马上说叫我退货,这也太快了....
客服的原文如下:
OK. When something like this happens, I'd normally send out a replacement order. In this case, though, we don't have any more stock of the item with Amazon directly.
In this case, I'd suggest you return the item back to us and as soon as we receive and process the returned item, we'll process the full refund for this item to your original payment method used for the order.
Also, the return shipping cost you pay for the return of this item will be refunded once you contact us again with the return receipt and the return tracking number.

太好啦,amazon客服就是这么“简单粗暴财大气粗”哈哈哈。就是寄回去的时候记得保存好receipt和快递单,到货之后再通知一下客服邮费,就没什么问题了。不过唯一不好的就是买的时候和退款的汇率可能不一样,差个大概几块钱的样子,mm自己衡量下哈(不过我的经验是他们一般会多refund邮费给你,大概就补齐差价了,不过不保证啦)
