也有人默默付出In Singapore context, most of us are amateur players. We often do not have time to train, not to mention contributing to the chess arena. However, there are some of us who really take the effort to build up our own club. Their effort might have exceed the time spent on homing their personal skills. Reputation might be deem very important to some. But there's exceptions whereby people do their best for the club's well being without promoting themselves as key personnels of their own clubs. These are the unsung heroes.
what 棋人生 meant are probably the sponsors. But don't forget a good and successful club rely on 3 areas.

We are not able to call a club without players .....
personally, I hope to step down anytime after we celebrated 5th Anniversary ...
sometimes you will feel uneasy if you do nothing when you see something ....
