How many teams for this coming mind sport xiangqi team event ?

Since this event could be compared to Lion City Cup Group A, if there are more than 8 teams, e.g. 10, 12, 14 or 16 teams to register for the event, then we will see very keen competition on 20 & 25 Dec 2007 at Nee Soon South C.C., without saying is the final for the top four teams on 12 Jan 2008 at Suntec City.

20 & 25 Dec are selected mainly due to the full booking of Nee Soon South C.C. hall on all other dates until Jan 2008, otherwise there are even more teams if the event is to be held on 5 & 6, 12 & 13 Jan 2008 (The Mind Sports Week End).

We should know the number of teams soon with the registration to be clsoed today.
