由团体联赛与狮城杯（A组）看来，任何比赛都必须有这八支历史背景的队伍参加，包括义顺南，哥南亚逸，文礼，北斗，波那维斯达，加基武吉，飞鹰与淡滨尼东。另三支队伍甘榜格南，白沙东与碧山的表现则不大理想。今年初，在飞鹰加盟白沙东后，有可能的话，一般的团体赛应尽可能包括上述十支队伍。
