should have 16 teams if Nee Soon South C.C. counted as 2 teams initially ....anyway, with the current 12 teams, I believe the organiser should be happy with the number as the two public holidays including X'mas day are not the good period for the competition as comapred to early Jan 2008.

Forming 2 teams at Christmas period is difficult. Some more it's wierd if I need to tell a team that they don't play after forming it. A 4x number of teams is the best (even number in each of the 2 groups).
