我的看法是既然新加坡举行了1990年的世界杯，那么写成20年风雨路比较好

for the completeness of records, 15年风雨路 from 1995 is the best as .....

to save printing cost and all past records (1934 to 1994) are in 40th, 50th and 60th SIXGA's anniversary celebration publications.
