Maybe in the future.As a start, Bishan has been doing well on this tournament. I guess the CC also needs some time to monitor the response before they can decide to include more players. Hope next year all residents can participate.
In the long run, we hope to have 20 teams of 6 players per team ........
(1) with 2 or 3 graded players per team, and
(2) non Singapore NRIC holders will be counted as graded players, and
(3) non graded players will be counted as graded players if coming from a different constituencies
