We wish to share here our possible programmes over the next two years, regarding 新加坡15年象棋活动记录, we have decided to drop this item from our list of activities. The meeting has agreed to include two more conditions for future grading certificates :

(1) the members of Bishan Xiangqi Club players need to participate in at least 3 individual competitions (internal or external) over a 5-year period

(2) the members of Bishan Xiangqi Club players need to participate in at least 1 individual competition (internal or external) over a 3-year period

This is one of the possible ways to implement 棋会鼓励会员应多参加个人赛包括内部会员赛，以吸取比赛经验。

The 4th EXCO will confirm the proper 碧山象棋会会员棋力分级细则 (第三次评定) within the 1st year of the EXCO term.
