In end Jun 2008, when 悟入棋途 considering to have new name, I mentioned that the concerns should be on the ways to inject new ideas after every few years ..

几度 in early July 2008 talked about …..” ….. 卷心菜私下跟我感慨，说很多论坛都是从无到有，从小到大，人数从少到多，然后就开始骂战，最后就消亡了。大家一开始都是抱着热忱进来的，除了喜欢损人利己的，会有谁希望最后这样子收场呢？……”.

Personally, I hope 悟入棋途 is not following the trend.

Recently, I notice that a few new forumers are joining this forum with the purposes of 损人不利己, talking the negative parts of Singapore Xiangqi without evidents. This is why I support the 实名制, let people know your identity.

For quite many net names here, we value their different views even without their identities, but for a few of them (损人不利己), they think they can just talk nonsense without identities to be known.

In mid Aug 2006, I gave three written suggestions to SIXGA as below :

“1 考虑多级个人晋级(包括例如每三年至少参加一次比赛的规例)以取代目前的两级制度，对新加坡中小学及我国棋坛的象棋活动可能有健康的发展。

2 培养六种象棋人材的实施能力范围包括例如棋手的纪律与道德修养。

3 有关裁判员方面的训练。

中国象棋大师黄少龙教授的建议(Chess & Cards World, July 2004, Page 17，象棋事业要全面发展，象棋教育必须培养运动员（棋手），教练员，裁判员，理论工作者，宣传工作者和组织工作者)”

棋手的纪律与道德修养 always in my mind, for 悟入棋途 forumers, what is our 纪律与道德修养?

As compared to the net name of 棋人生, 齐启棋 should have a better meaning, i.e.【齐】心合力 【启】动 象【棋】
but if I ended up with some hot discussions as before, then I am wasting my energy on unproductive matters.

For the above reasons, I have decided to ignore all the negative views in this forum and only concentrate on the positive parts, this is the only way that I still have a feel that I am part of 悟入棋途.
