In end Jun 2008, when 悟入棋途 considering to have new name, I mentioned that the concerns should be on the ways to inject new ideas after every few years ..
几度 in early July 2008 talked about …..” ….. 卷心菜私下跟我感慨，说很多论坛都是从无到有，从小到大，人数从少到多，然后就开始骂战，最后就消亡了。大家一开始都是抱着热忱进来的，除了喜欢损人利己的，会有谁希望最后这样子收场呢？……”.
Personally, I hope 悟入棋途 is not following the trend.
Recently, I notice that a few new forumers are joining this forum with the purposes of 损人不利己, talking the negative parts of Singapore Xiangqi without evidents. This is why I support the 实名制, let people know your identity.
For quite many net names here, we value their different views even without their identities, but for a few of them (损人不利己), they think they can just talk nonsense without identities to be known.
In mid Aug 2006, I gave three written suggestions to SIXGA as below :
“1 考虑多级个人晋级(包括例如每三年至少参加一次比赛的规例)以取代目前的两级制度，对新加坡中小学及我国棋坛的象棋活动可能有健康的发展。
2 培养六种象棋人材的实施能力范围包括例如棋手的纪律与道德修养。
3 有关裁判员方面的训练。
中国象棋大师黄少龙教授的建议(Chess & Cards World, July 2004, Page 17，象棋事业要全面发展，象棋教育必须培养运动员（棋手），教练员，裁判员，理论工作者，宣传工作者和组织工作者)”
棋手的纪律与道德修养 always in my mind, for 悟入棋途 forumers, what is our 纪律与道德修养?
As compared to the net name of 棋人生, 齐启棋 should have a better meaning, i.e.【齐】心合力 【启】动 象【棋】
but if I ended up with some hot discussions as before, then I am wasting my energy on unproductive matters.
For the above reasons, I have decided to ignore all the negative views in this forum and only concentrate on the positive parts, this is the only way that I still have a feel that I am part of 悟入棋途.

i think that it is unfair to say that...Your claim
I think that there is always IP Address and there fore forumers MUST think before they act. If some forumers dare to say, they dare to face the consequences. So i think its unfair to say that they are talking nonsense as usually forumers would be very careful in what they say and make sure that what they say have reasons and support.
To only take part in positive and ignore negative views can end up in biasness in your future views, because you only consider whats all the good points and ignore bad points. A good conclusion is always based on factors of both good and bad side. And i think that as a committee members, i believe you know quite alot about SIXGA as compared to us. So it would be great if you can share your views in all areas. To benefit us forumers. (more...)

Regarding not using real names in forum...Your claim
I think that there are purposes behind why people do not use real names in forum regardless of whether what purpose they serve in a forum, both negative and positive.
Firstly, lets say for example, a person who speaks the truth for the sake for improvement for all. We must understand that everyone have different views and opinions about a certain claim. Some are opened minded, some are closed minded and these are the people who are not willing to take in facts and ideas and whats worse is that these are the people who may get into violence and things. Who knows what they will do to the guy outside?
So even if someone is here for the right purpose, it would be still safer for the forumer to remain identity hidden.
If you were to notice, usually those who has their identity known do not really say much in this forum. I think maybe they are also worried about whatever may happen to them if someone else who just can't understand their logic and reason no m (more...)

hmm i think you have misunderstood what i meantHi 齐启棋, i did not mean to say that it is a duty of the committee members or any other forumes here to MUST see both views. It is totally up to individual of course, no one can force you.
But i was just suggesting that given your experience, it would be better that you can take part in both views as it would benefit the forumers here if you are willing to share. Of course again it is not your duty to do so.

do you know for a xiangqi club or SIXGA, how much they need to spend in a year ?
In Bishan Xiangqi Club, we spent more than $32,000 in 6 years, i.e. average more than $5,000 per year.
In SIXGA 2008 AGM, I notice that SIXGA spent close to $29,000 in FY 2007.
In 2008 Singapore Open, total of cash prizes is more than $8,000, total expenses should be more than $10,000. Where to get all these funds ? If Boon Lay C.C. is willing to fund 3 years of Singapore Open, as xiangqi lovers, we should show our appreciations, to both SIXGA and Boon Lay C.C. for working out the arrangements, by say joining the competition or give support in whatever way we could, instead of talking on the bad points only, negative feedback with proposed solutions should be a better approach.
How to solve the funding problem after 3 years ???
hope more can contribute to provide more examples here so that we know Singapore Xiangqi has a bright future.

after a written suggestion by one ordinary member on 有关裁判员方面的训练 in Aug 2006 and feedback from 甘榜格南座谈会 in Oct 2006.
SIXGA proceeded to arrange a training course for 裁判员 from Jan 2007 to May 2007.
SIXGA has shown a example to value the feedback.

He will spend more times in various events in the coming years.

From the past few days, you may notice that I am thinking to compile some information from the three areas highlighted (still in the process of listing out examples) by 3 主帖 related to 新加坡15年象棋活动记录 (1995/2009) to mark SIXGA 75th Anniversary Celebration at end 2009 as below :
(1) Examples of 【齐】心合力 【启】动 象【棋】 (it is a good change to 为 新加坡 象【棋】劳驾 【齐】心合力 if more people will have more positive thinkings with this change)

hope that I am not 眼高手低, this is one of the 3 主帖 for the .....
plan to compile some information as one of the articles for part of 新加坡15年象棋活动记录 (1995/2009) to mark SIXGA 75th Anniversary Celebration at end 2009.
As I do not believe in NATO (no action, talk only), at this point, I will still continue with these 3 主帖 and only these 3 主帖.
