No matter isit a big issue like funding for SIXGA or small issue like complaining about something, they are all for the good of the SIXGA or organisers in the end, i mean if they do come and read the posts.

Even if they are not intended that way when the forumer posted it(say maybe they just want to spoil reputation or what), we can always view it in the way i have said, all about improving our organisers.

For all issues, like for example 'negative issues', we must and should all reason things out, it would be best to take note of every 'good and bad views' as they help to improve things. Therefore putting more concentration on big issue does not mean we can ignore these small issues. 'negative views' doesnt mean counterproductive, or rather in other words it may be some issue that SIXGA or organisers has neglected

A good boss is always ¹«Ö¤£¬¹«Æ½£¬¹«¿ª¡£So when it comes to rumors, i believe the boss would not be able to solve all of them, i think that it is almost impossible to do so because there are just too many possibilities to a certain thing, lets say for example Friend A told a joke to Friend B, but Friend B did not laugh, what can that mean? There are too many possibilities, the right reason may be seen as wrong and vice versa.

What i am trying to say here is that in this forum, it is the reason behind our claim, the factors that we bring out to support our claim that makes our postings convincing. If the 'boss' has seen negative posts in here, and purposely leave it there without explaining what is happening, of course the forumers's view may get biased and it would affect the morale and the trust given to the boss, therefore a lost in support from people.(this is a very important factor)

What i think the boss can do is to just explain ONCE with all reasons and supports, making post balanced with positive and negative views and therefore after that it would be up to individuals to think for themselves. But of course the boss cannot be biased and should be open to these post otherwise what he replies would all be nonsenses right?

i believe ÆëÆôÆå has tried to reason the so many things raised by all and therefore he is tired now. But although i may still have different views which i think should be right, i still appreciates ÆëÆôÆå for what he has done so far in forum for raising issues.

In conclusion, ¹«Æ½£¬¹«Õý£¬¹«¿ª£¡£¡£¡are the few main success factors for an organization. If forumers are reasonable and open-minded, discussions in here would be very fruitful!!
