the existing grading system of 象棋大师, 甲级棋士 and 乙级棋士 was implemented 21 years ago in 1987.

Yesterday 棋一生 asked me where to get the information for those years (2002 to 2008) not displayed at SIXGA's notice board. I told him about SIXGA AGM reports.
I may be able to help in checking from the following 3 sources :
(1) SIXGA Newsletters
(2) SIXGA AGM Yearly Reports
(3) 2003 to 2006 records as compiled from 悟入棋途 before 象总网页 Meeting held on 13 Apr 2008 .......

all graded players must join Singapore Open once in every 5 years ......
I am trying to get the lists of graded players for these 7 years, 2002 to 2008, to study and propose, say all graded players must join 新加坡全国象棋个人赛 at least once in every 5 years (?), otherwise will be downgraded for one grade unless with good reasons (?) etc, may need to consider players above, say 70 years old (?) will not be covered by this proposal.
