请不要诸多挑剔！！！ 我本来是可以根据我各人的判断与认识，推荐有关的棋手，交由理事会通过，理事会并没有要求要我考虑各棋队的代表人数。
由于我个人的认识可能有限，判断也可能主观，因此借机会在这里是收集广大棋友们的意见，以免有遗珠之憾，而并不是在这里要征求每位领队推荐他们的代表，他们的推荐也不一定会获得理事会通过。
最后的标准应该是优先推荐具有潜能与近年来棋赛表现优异的棋手，交由理事会通过，各棋队的代表人数只是我个人的考虑次要因素！！！

2）选手是否愿意；
3）各棋队的代表人数；
4）理事会的最后筛选。
My suggestion is try to get all clubs to help you to do the first round of screening so that you can spend more times on those players not from any club.
As mentioned, no reply for the questions in this website in future including this one since you are not happy.
